Our stylish couple D & R, who reside in Manhattan, New York, celebrated their autumn wedding in the heart of Paris with 160 of their closest family and friends. Their Thanksgiving week destination wedding in Paris, was an opportunity for their guests from the USA and England to meet for the first time and enjoy the splendour of Paris.
The travel loving couple, who spend most of their holidays exploring new cultures (and the delicious culinary foods of Europe) chose the timeless elegance of Paris to host their destination wedding. A private mansion in the heart of Paris is perfect when bringing together guests from multiple continents whom are seasoned Paris visitors, or first time travellers. A candle lit evening cocktail dînatoire celebration was the perfect choice for them, as they wanted their family and guests to mingle and dance, throughout the evening, without being stuck to a place setting. The sounds of a live band (including a French accordion player) filled the three-storied chandelier-lit mansion joyously. The Champagne (sourced by our couple with the aide of a local champagne expert) flowed all evening. As guests discovered the culinary wonders of the Parisian caterers, Butard Enesco. the private mansion glowed with candle light and music.
The party continued well into the early hours of the morning, in the private discotheque located on the private property. A celebration and dance party that these New Yorkers and Brits will likely not forget anytime soon!
