Today, after months of anxiously waiting for this day to come… I am finally sharing with all those hopeful romantics out there, the beautifully executed styled elopement editorial piece shot in a private chateau near Paris that I am super proud of and excited to reveal on my blog in it’s glorious fullness!

This styled elopement piece, captured beautifully by my talented friend Kim-Maru from Maru Photography from Vancouver Canada, was an inspiration piece that we dreamed up together, in hopes of showing adventurous couples, how beautiful and authentic an elopement in todays modern Paris can be.

The dreamy chateau setting, 45 minutes by car outside of Paris is full of historical family heirlooms, authentic artefacts and 18th century furnishings and is the perfect place for a couple to escape to for an intimate wedding for 2 or for 20…
A team of extremely talented artisans from all over Canada and Europe was brought together to create these stunning inspirational images that show us what a day in the life on an eloping couple in Paris looks like if planned by your French Grey Events team.
The wedding dress by Kathryn Bass bridal was the starting point for this dreamy adventure, and hand written water-coloured paper goods by Quill & Co told the story of this romantic couple dashing off to Paris to elope in style. The soft florals and fashion forward make-up and hair looks created by Trine Juel and Rika Bitton, teamed perfectly with the neo-classic pearls of Bekah Anne, hair veils by SIBO Designs and unique French made hair accessories found at Art & Facts….well it’s just the perfect combination of modernity, femininity and effortless elegance.
