So excited to share this recent styled shoot from the L’Artisan Workshop 2017 with you today! A very talented team of international vendors came together to support this workshop and the artisan in the wedding industry which it supports. I hope that you find inspiration in the following images and contact me if you wish to plan an event as romantic and dreamy as this for your wedding in Paris!
Finally, after months of post workshop excitement ( and post pardom depression when it was over,) I am thrilled to share the following images with you captured during our elopement editorial shot at the historical Hotel Ritz Paris as part of the inaugural L’Artisan Workshop. As featured on the WEDLUXE wedding Blog.
This romantic and modern story of the eloping couple in Paris, was shot on the fourth day of the L’Artisan Workshop, a real treat for participants. A surprise that was only revealed to them the night before the shoot! A dream come true for some and a moment that they will never forget!
A great team of international vendors came together and contributed to this editorial in order to make this gallery of images as rich with inspiration as it is. Every artisanly made piece was chosen for it’s uniqueness and modernity. Kim-Maru (co-creator and lead photographer at L’Artisan Workshop) and I wanted to inspire our future clients (and our photographers attendees at the workshop) in planning and capturing an elopement event that is authentic, quintessentially chic and of course utterly romantic.
In this editorial we wanted to tell the story of how a modern couple can spend their elopement day in a beautiful and historical venue such as the Ritz Paris, surrounded by carefully chosen details that are effortless and essential to tell their intimate wedding story.
The list of amazing sponsors and artisan’s that contributed to this styled shoot can be found at the end of the gallery, and if you are dreaming of a chic and authentic elopement or wedding in Paris, please don’t hesitate to reach out to them, as they are truly world-class service providers and artisans!

This elopement wedding at the Ritz Paris beautifully captured by my talented friend Zosia from Zosia Photography (based in London) is a true example of how to achieve a romantic and chic elopement in a modern world full of excess and indulgence.
For Laura and Scott’s elopement wedding we focused on using florals in a soft pastel palette and minimal styling (including a custom “sweetheart cake”) making this elopement, one of my favourites from the 2017 wedding season. The stylish couple treated their closest family members to an intimate luncheon at the L’Espadon Ritz Paris (in a private salon) where they enjoyed the soft spring light and the 5 star service and cuisine of the institution that is the Ritz Paris.
Thank you Laura and Scott for your trust and for allowing me to help plan an authentic and romantic wedding day for you and your closest family members in the city of Romance!
