We worked with Kasia of French Grey Events for our November 2023 Paris wedding and couldn’t recommend her more!
We were based in New York and she worked with our time difference and distance. From the first call to on the day execution, Kasia was super organized, extremely thoughtful and brought a wonderful energy! She knows the market and brought our vision to life with wonderful suppliers and suggestions. On the day Kasia and her team made sure it was seamless and stress free for us all, despite some day-of change of plan.
As our wedding plans evolved (the size of the event doubled to 160 guests) Kasia was a cool head and dealt with it all with ease. She is also extremeky kind and great fun to work with! Don’t hesitate to work with French Grey Events!

” Planning a wedding from the other side of the world, Alaska, could have been very stressful, but Kasia took all of that stress away. Every detail of our elopement day in Paris was perfect! Kasia is simply exceptional in every way! Immediately upon meeting her she felt like an old friend.
Our wedding day wasn’t just stress free, it was so much fun! Kasia works with incredibly talented professionals. Anissa arrived early for hair and makeup, and executed my vision beyond what I could have imagined! When we were finished I walked downstairs completely relaxed and at ease. Our photographer, Ian, continued the mood with his genuine, fun, and easy going personality. Knowing we were in such capable hands allowed us to enjoy every minute of our magical day without a care in the world!
After finishing our photos at the Shangri-La Hotel we walked out to a special surprise from Kasia and were whisked away to Jardin du Luxembourg for our ceremony. Kasia’s warmth and kindness comes through in every word she says. She made our ceremony very special and intimate.

” As a bride trying to plan a wedding in Paris all the way from California, it was very important for me to have a wedding planner that was knowledgeable about Paris, its venues and different vendors, all while understanding the tastes and preferences of an American client. I’ve been researching Paris wedding planners for years and French Grey Events has always caught my eye!
From our very first FaceTime session, I felt very comfortable with Kasia as she was so warm, kind and knowledgeable! I also really appreciated how considerate she was to our budget and made sure that everything she recommended was reasonable to our budget and needs. She truly has her clients’ back and we really appreciated that, and would vouch for us when working with vendors.
Fast forward to our wedding day (at Chateau de Santeny), Kasia and her team styled the wedding so beautifully and made sure the day ran smoothly for our wedding of 84 guests! Kasia has incredible taste, gave great advice with her many years of experience, and is so incredibly kind and cool. ” I can’t speak highly enough about Kasia and French Grey Events! We reached out rather last minute, only 2 months ahead of our intended elopement date, and Kasia was super responsive and ready to roll up her sleeves to make our dream elopement come to life in Paris!
After our first meeting, we were so relieved to know we were in good hands with someone who is extremely competent, well-networked, EXPERIENCED, and works with urgency. Due to the last minute nature of our contract AND eloping during the month of August where much of Paris is shut down for holiday, we were blown away by Kasia’s ability to secure incredibly high quality vendors, from the photographer to the florist, a vintage Rolls Royce, a cake, and more! There was consistently clear and quick communication all throughout, even despite a 9 hour timezone difference.
The day of the elopement was equally as impressive and so well-coordinated. It was completely stress-free, allowing us to focus on each other and relish in the magic of eloping in Paris! The whole experience would not have been nearly as special without FGE, we are so so thankful to have Kasia’s expertise, talent, and keen eye for beautiful, romantic details. Her passion clearly drives her craft! We really needed someone to just pull it all together for us— she did exactly that, AND packaged it with a bow and lit fireworks! Wow… just wow! This video was the perfect way to capture our special (elopement ) day in Paris! We were absolutely blown away by the cinematography and editing, it was perfect! We are still soaking everything in but I’ve cried multiple times when watching it. We’ve shared it very sparingly only in front of a select few but I wanted to take the time to thank you for pulling this all together and making our wedding day in Paris as one friend put it “the greatest of all time!”
All I can say is we will be back, and the next time we come we will have company!

We are back in the states after a nice, restful stay on Santorini. We can’t thank you enough for how well the entire event came together. It far exceeded our expectations and all of our guests are still raving about it. What we loved most is that is was very Parisienne and wasn’t an event that could have been replicated in the States – and that meant everything. Every detail was so impressive – the small intimate space at The Peninsula, the “bride” and “groom” signs on the champagne glasses, the beautiful flowers, and the absolutely stunning salon room and terrace at Hotel Crillon – it was all so perfect and opulent! And I love the Louis Vuitton City Guide, I was reading it on the plane and I’m already excited to get back to Paris to use it! It took us a few days to even decompress from how magnificent it was.

I can very honestly say that my wedding day and the events surrounding would not have been anywhere near as amazing without Kasia! What started as a small 10 person event, grew to a 37 guest celebration at the SHANGRI-LA HOTEL in PARIS, very different than what we had told her when we first hired her!
Kasia handled all my requests without missing a beat. She crafted this perfect vision of my wedding, with details I couldn’t have dreamed of. Kasia has this ability to connect with people so quickly, and conceptualize these amazing personal experiences. As with any wedding day, ours came with a few hiccups due to typical French vendors – Kasia handled this with such grace that you never would have known!
She coordinated my day and kept everything on track, and all my family members on the right path.
From the incredible floral arrangements (seriously amazing) to our ceremony text, everything was beautified with her touch. Kasia is thoughtful, kind, creative, and reliable. These are traits that are so important in wedding planner (she is so much more than that!), but also all the qualities you want in a friend. The day was everything I hoped for. It was just coincidence, but as we said our vows and kissed, the Notre Dame church bells were ringing, and everyone in the park clapped. Truly perfect.

Forgive me for waiting so long to write, but I’ve been searching for the right words to express my gratitude for all you did to make our elopement wedding in Paris last month so incredibly special.
I don’t mind admitting that I was against eloping from the start – I knew that my mom would be heartbroken to not be there in person, and it didn’t seem worth it to hurt people’s feelings if it would just be the two of us standing on a rock somewhere having a pretend ceremony. But I started doing some research anyway, and once I met you and talked through the possibilities, I finally saw the error in my thinking!
From the very beginning, you seemed to understand my vision for the day, and the particular elements that were important to us as a couple. You patiently, expertly, pulled the perfect team together – and with just three weeks’ notice!
Anissa was able to transform me into a bride at 6:00 in the morning (no small feat, I’m sure!!) – I’ve never felt so pretty! And Joseba and Mar were truly the perfect photographers to capture the day. You even put me in touch with the manager at the FOUR SEASON HOTEL PARIS so that we could have a special wedding cake at our lunch, a small detail that I really would have missed. You asked me in advance to stay flexible, and in your capable hands, I never once felt stressed out – you scouted fantastic locations for our photo shoot, some of which didn’t make sense at the time, but looking at the pictures, WOW; and any little wrinkles in the plan were very elegantly handled. I can’t imagine that the big wedding at home we had originally planned would have run anywhere near as smoothly. And did I mention how much FUN we had?? The whole day just flew by in a whirlwind of love and laughter.
It was such a pleasure to get to know you and spend time with you, Kasia – you are such an amazing and talented woman; I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did to make our wedding day perfect.

There are too few things in life that go perfectly the way you hope. Our wedding day with French Grey Events (Kasia) and French Grey Photography (Brian) was that rare, precious day. We loved every moment with them. From start to finish they were with us every step of the way.
Beginning with our initial contact we learned Kasia is an amazing organizer and quick to respond to all our questions. She took the time to get to know us and crafted a beautiful ceremony that we will never forget. Above all she was flexible, fun, easy going and treated us like long lost friends. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better wedding planner!
Brian is a true treasure with unbound creativity in his photography. We felt like we were on an adventure with all the unique photo locations we visited. We were so excited to get such a variety of beautiful parks, architecture, bridges, and of course – the iconic Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. Some of our personal favorites include a little shop called Laduree and their famous macarons. To this day we can’t believe how much Brian squeezed in four hours.
