Sometimes elopement weddings in Paris don’t go exactly as planned….but that’s what makes eloping in Paris all that much more exciting, when you book me to plan it for you!
S&D eloped on a quiet morning in July this past summer. They were accompanied by the brides parents and childhood best friend, who now lives in Paris. The bride was so eager to reunite with her childhood best friend on her wedding day, that she jumped out of her classic car, and walked the last 10 minutes it took to get to the ceremony spot! Due to traffic, we were running a bit late for this intimate ceremony along the river Seine, but our excited bride couldn’t’t wait another minute… Their happy reunion brought tears to everyone’s eyes!
During the intimate vow exchange ceremony we had a nice surprise from a local scuba diving club. They even stopped their mornings exercise to wish the bride and groom well! Funny enough, the mother of the bride was a seasoned scuba diver too!
The rest of the elopement wedding went off with out a hitch, the bride and groom even stopped off for the must have celebratory pain-au-chocolate to celebrate their nuptials. The pastries (and sunflowers) at the Jeffrey Cagnes pastry shop were all that the bride needed after her exciting morning eloping in Paris!
